Anzac Biscuits
Room 30 went to the school’s cafeteerrea to make Anzac bisckit’s. We did this the day berfore Anzac day. We had so much fun making Anzac biscuits. Room 30 couldn’t wait to eat the biscuits. I would love to make them again. Here are the ingredeints and steps if you want Anzac Biscuits.
Anzac Biscuits Recipe
INGREDEINTS
1/2 cup champion standard grade flour. 1/2 sugar . 3/4 cup of cup coconut. 3/4 cup flemings rolled oats. 75g butter. 1 table spoon of golden syrup. 1/2 table spoon of edmonds baking soda. 2 table spoons of boiling water.
Steps
Mix together flour,sugar,coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and golden syrup. Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup. Stir butter mixture into the dry ingredients.Place level table spoon of mixture onto cold greased tray. Press out with a fork. Bake at 180c(356f) for about 15 minutes or until golden. Makes 18.Then it's time to EAT!!
