On Monday 13 August Room 30 made cube nets then turned them into cubes. The challenge was to make a cube net, decorate it then cut it out to make a 6 faced cube,it had to be a 5 by 5cm cube. To make this you will need: - sissors - A4 paper - a 5 or more cm ruler - pencil - crayons - glue - some careful fingers step by step instrutions 1. Draw 6 squares the shape of a cube of a net. 2.Draw tabs which are connected to the squares but in the right place. 3.Decorate all the squares to whatever you like. 4.Cut the net after you've decorated. 5.Fold all the tabs and squares. 6.Glue all the tabs together. 7.Play with your cube and have fun!!
Now you've completed the cube challenge.

  1. The cubes look awesome! It's great to know that every single Room 30 person can create a net for a cube. Are there any other 3D shapes you think you could create a net for?
